So concentrate on what is present in your resume than what is not present.  You have to look at skills that you have and will be required by your employers. They have to get along with the team in a positive manner. So the communication skills, team spirit and enthusiasm to work properly are added assets in a professional.

The employers are also on the lookout for people with excellent communication qualities, abilities to negotiate and also to work as a team. A person who is used to working in an IT environment with lots of stress and also cater to the company’s needs should put all the elements in the resume. She needs to have a strong feel of business negotiations too.

When writing the Experience category for an IT resume be sure to include the cooperative learning and internship experience too. Organizational operation, project requirements and skills should be mentioned. Thus when you compose the content of the resume, be sure to mention the work done and the skills achieved.
