Aircraft and Sheet Metal Maintenance


  • Perform pre-flight, thru-flight and post-flight inspection routiness on assigned aircrafts and document findings.
  • Facilitate designing and development necessary for the modification and fabrication of tooling setups.
  • Study specification documents, like sketches and blueprints, for planning sequence of operations and seting up machine tools.
  • Install, repair, replace and disassemble variety of subassemblies on different aircrafts.
  • Employing extensive bachground in areas of aircraft structural technologies and prototype designing in guaranting highest level in quality assurance and following of FAA regulations.
  • Use calipers, height gauges, micrometers and electronic/electric measuring instruments such as pneumatic, hydraulic and digital equipments and tools, including squaring shears, bar folders, seamers, stakes, brakes, welding equipment and sliproll forming machines in daily operations usage.
