  • Work with Corporate and Business EHS program managers to identify program improvements that enhance compliance.
  • Assist EHS program leaders and facility EHS managers in understanding non-routine or gray area regulatory requirements.
  • Prosecut appeals of permits or other administrative decisions.

  • Oversee preparation of PMNs, LVEs and other TSCA filings.
