- Technical expert in Joint Close Air Support and in all aspects of fire support doctrine, training, simulation,
integration and execution. Manages daily operations of the Joint Fires Observer Course (JFOC) to
include a resident course and two Mobile Training Teams (MTTs). Works as part of a team on technically focused and complex defense research and analysis tasks. Develops courseware for the Joint Fires Observer Course taught at Fort Sill, OK. May plan and perform specialized studies and analyses.

- Conduct required staffing functions with minimal guidance and supervision, including writing
whitepapers and memorandums and developing and preparing slide presentations. Assist with updating and providing input to the Future Force Integration Directorate (FFID) campaign plan and nesting it with Army, TRADOC, and ARCIC campaign plans
Education
Skills
- Experience with the FCS program, including Core, Spin Out, and Complementary Systems efforts a plus.
- Experience with combat.
- Experience with force development preferred.
- Experience at the Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC).
- Ability to carry out complex Military research and analysis directed by supervisors.
