  • Worked directly with peer GS Senior Managers and Directors in supporting other MS2 Lob’s as necessary.
  • Represented GS and proactively present GS initiatives and capabilities to internal and external customers.
  • Represented MS2 GS at MS2, LM corporate or industry related activities. Represented MS2 interest in MS2 GS functional activities and strategies. Represent MS2 GS Strategies and Initiatives at Business Area and Corporate level events.
  • Provided project management guidance to subordinates in providing and managing the implementation of GS solutions. Was responsible for GS program performance that may span multiple MS2 sites.
  • Frequent interface with senior customers, program Managers and Senior and director levels within other MS2 functional support organizations including Tech Ops, Operations, Contracts, Subcontracts, Business Development, Finance, etc.
  • Ensured clear lines of accountability are established and maintained for all LOB Program Managers s and Business Development POC’s.
  • Proactively identify GS growth opportunities and support all new business pursuits.
  • Programs activity and the associated customer interface and business strategies to help LOB GS backlog.

Education

Bachelor’s degrees in engineering from Champlain College (VT).

Skills

  • Proficiency in programming languages such as C and C++ is desired.
  • Strong background in mathematics and proficiency in MATLAB or a related simulation tool is essential.
  • Course work or related experience in control theory and/or electro-optics is highly beneficial.
