- Individual must have majority or all of the following, Cisco 6509, Cisco Call Manager, Router 7200 series, Cisco ASA or Cisco PIX
- VoIP and Wireless experience a must
- Must have experience in business continuity and redundancy designs and protocols
- Strong written and verbal skills required
- Individual must be hands on and work well under pressure. Also must be a strong team player
- CCIE certification necessary
- Citrix certification a plus
