• Received specimens and performs a wide variety of testing in the areas of STAT/ASAP/routine hematology, coagulation, chemistry, and urinalysis, to include the interpretation of cells utilizing microscopic techniques.
  
• Conducted necessary quality control (QC) procedures, documenting corrective action taken for any discrepancies and out of range controls.
  
• Evaluated and interprets results to determine if data is complete and valid, and to recognize panic values.

• Positioned will work in Processing, Hematology, U/A, Coag., Chemistry, Blood Bank, and setting up cultures in Micro.
  
• Taken responsibility for specimen collection, analyzer maintenance, testing and QC.
