  • Overseen all fiscal operations of the Physical Education, Recreation and Wellness Programs including all revenue collection, deposits, charges, invoices and reimbursements.
  • Overseen and coordinates all financial transactions including sales of guest passes, alumni passes, locker rentals and renewals, Physical Education and Recreation classes.
  • Maintained staffing data base, ordered all necessary equipment for all program areas, assisted with Stanford Outdoor Education (SOE) website content.

    Developed and overseen the coaches/instructors teaching schedules, schedules and develops master list of all Physical Education classes.

  • Gathered and analyzed quarterly records of PE enrollment (approximately 1,700 students/quarter) and recommended and implemented changes to curriculum.
