Charge Included:

  • Modify the H&M Safety Program to project specifications including drafting/amending site specific safety plan.
  • Deploy the NetWorks Safety Program across the project.
  • Organize oversight processes, which ensure the integrity of the safety inspection, training and reporting procedures.
  • Evaluate successes, failures and safety trends and present the analysis to the Program Manager for monthly reporting.
